Returns and Refund Policy
Wedding Cards or any other products ordered from our website cannot be returned on the pretext that they are not liked. In such circumstances only exchange requests as per our ‘exchange policies’ shall be entertained.
Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual printed card. Handmade paper tends to vary both in gsm (grams per square meter) and color. A variation of ±11% is an acceptable norm worldwide. There might be minor variations in paper of other grades too. Screen printing is done in the wedding cards and 3% colour variation is possible.
Though we try our best to supply cards of the same size as specified on our website, there can be circumstances when the size of the printed card may vary slightly from the sizes mentioned therein. In our endeavor to provide you with the best cards, we reserve our rights to make slight alterations in their size. Cards once supplied shall not be taken back on grounds of alterations from the samples displayed online. Products will be returned only if there is a gross variation from the online sample.
In case you want to return the cards, please send an email to swastikcards123@gmail.com or contact us via this contact form along with details of why the cards should be returned. If our team is satisfied that cards are returned because of a fault from our team, money will be refunded.
In such case, unused packs of invitation supplies may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the material. Shipping cost incurred in sending the cards to you are non-refundable. All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and these must be packed together in a secure, tamper-proof box. We do not accept partial or used packs of supplies or items returned in envelopes.

Refund process shall be initiated and takes upto 7 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods to us.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Wedding Cards or any other products ordered from our website cannot be exchanged on the pretext that they are not liked. Replacement is possible if the cards are completely damaged and you launch a complain with the courier company at the time of receipt of the goods. Complain details with the order number should be immediately mailed to us so that we can follow up and do the needful. If a complaint is not launched at the time of taking the delivery, then we will not entertain replacement on ground of goods received in damaged condition.
We do our best to provide with good quality cards and providing best quality products and gain satisfied customers is our utmost priority.
Payments | Shipping charges and Policy (Domestic and International)
We require 100% advance payment to process any order irrespective of the size, quantity or destination where the order will be shipped.
We cater and ship to every corner of the globe by using our logistic partners. Our logistics partners are FedEx, DHL & UPS, and all international packages are sent via them. Packages are always insured and all packages must be signed for when delivered.
We are pleased to offer our online shopping services to members and customers around the world.
Shipping charges are based on shipping country and package weights (which varies for all products). Approximately INR. 550/kg is charged as shipping cost for international and 100/kg is charged for domestic shipping. Shipping cost is displayed on cart or checkout page as per the (quantity*weight per piece) & Country of delivery . Please note that some Over-sized packages are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping your package, in order to get your approval. Incase we are not able to deliver your order due to unavoidable circumstances, then we will refund your payment within 7 working days
Duties and Taxes:
Any Import Duties / Custom Duties / Local Taxes / Vat Charges or any other charges by Credit Card Company, Courier Company or Bank are payable by the buyer (if applicable). We are not responsible for any kind of taxes on shipments outside India. Custom fees are very common, especially when ordering from the UK. Each individual country has their own rules about VAT or custom duty to be charged on the goods coming to the country and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your Local Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items before placing an Order.As such there are no duties charged in USA.
Please note, that if you refuse/deny the delivery of a package due to Custom Duty or any other charges, then you will be responsible for paying the cost of Shipping the package back to us. Returned orders and refunds are governed by ‘Returns and Refund Policy‘

We accept online payment through all major credit / debit cards by using PayPal. You are not required to be a registered member of PayPal or have a PayPal account.
